PARCA Returns & Exchanges Policy

We understand that sometimes items don’t quite fit—and we’re here to make returns and exchanges as simple as possible. We're committed to helping you find the right fit.


OUR 14-DAY RETURN POLICY

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date of delivery. This policy does not apply to SALE ITEMS.


GENERAL CONDITIONS

To qualify for a return or exchange, your item(s) must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • Be in original packaging with tags intact

  • Be free from scents, stains, or damage

  • Include the original invoice or receipt

PARCA reserves the right to inspect items and decline returns that do not meet these conditions. Rejected returns can be returned to the customer at their own expense.

⚠️ This term is not applicable to SALE ITEMS.


RETURN & EXCHANGE OPTIONS

Option 1: Email Us Directly

Start your return or exchange by emailing us at parcaapparels@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you'd like to return or exchange

  • A short reason for your request

Our team will guide you through the next steps.


Option 2: In-Store Exchange (Plaza Shah Alam)

If you're nearby, you may exchange your online order at our store.

To ensure a smooth experience, we strongly recommend to contact us so we can confirm availability of your desired item.

Option 3: Self-Return (Shipping at Your Cost)

You may also return your parcel via a carrier of your choice. Please ensure the return is:

  • Prepaid and insured

  • Properly packed to avoid damage in transit

After shipping, email your tracking number and order ID to parcaapparels@gmail.com so we can monitor the return and speed up processing.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns due to improper packaging or courier issues.


Option 4: Contact Us

Alternatively, you can always start your return or exchange by emailing parcaapparels@gmail.com with the subject line:
“Return Request – [Your Order Number]”.

Our customer service team will assist you from there.


 

RETURN PROCESSING & REFUNDS

Once your return is received, please allow 5–14 business days for processing. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return is complete.

If approved, refunds will be made via:

  • Store credit

  • Bank transfer (excluding shipping fees, duties, or taxes)

Refunds typically appear within 3–7 business days once processed. If delayed, reach out to us at parcaapparels@gmail.com.


DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, email us at parcaapparels@gmail.com immediately. Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damage or defect

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
