RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Thank you for shopping with us and we hope you are happy with your purchase.If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the item purchase, you may return your purchase to us within 14 days of purchase receipt.
You may post the return items to :

Or you can exchange your return items at any of our physical stores.
All postage cost to return is borne by the customer.
Returns in Exchange with Store Credit
We are very sorry but we do not have a refund policy, but you may return your bought items in exchange with store credit in full amount within 7 days from the date of purchase. You may return it to our physical store or via postage ( All postage cost will be borne by customer) - whichever is easier for you.
- Once your return is received and inspected at our end, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund in store credit.
- If your returns are approved, then your refund in store credit will be processed and an email will be sent to you in 3 to 5 working days.
Exchange to A Different Size, Color or Design
If you have bought the wrong size or color, you may exchange them within 7 days of purchase date (subject to stocks availability). All return items must be returned in UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED, UNIRONED condition with ALL TAGS ATTACHED. Returns must be posted within seven (7) days of receiving your order along with the RETURN FOR .If your exchanged items is of greater value than the original item, you will be charged for the difference. However, if your exchanged item is of lesser value, no refunds will be credited for the difference.
- Once your original order is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and you may proceed with sending us back the original item, subject to approval and stocks availability. Please note that if the item that you want to exchange it with is out of stock when your exchange is being processed, we will offer a full refund of store credit instead.

We do not accept returns/exchanges on any sales items purchased during our Sale period. Items purchased during our Sales period are final.
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We will advise you accordingly.
